Welcome
Citizens Advice Bureaux exist to help people to work through the problems they encounter in everyday life.
- You can access a lot of information through this website and through links to other sites from here but we do recommend that you seek advice personally if you need further information or help dealing with a problem.
- For online advice and information on where you can get FREE advice locally click here.
- Help and advice are given by well-trained volunteers and staff on all subjects using our extensive national Citizens Advice Bureau information system. This is constantly updated which means the information given is second to none. If necessary we can also refer you to specialist debt, welfare benefits and employment advisers or to specialist organisations that can help you further.
- Why do people volunteer? At this bureau we have a team of volunteers some of whom advise and others that act as trustees, fund raisers, administrators and friends of the bureau. Click here to find out more...
- Citizens Advice North Norfolk is a registered charity and has a very active programme of fundraising activities. For information on future events click here. For information about which organisations support us and how you can make a donation to support the work of North Norfolk Citizens Advice Bureau click here.
- Campaigning for Change - As well as giving advice we also speak up for change in social policies; from our clients' experiences we can see where services and policies are failing.
You can find out more about the Citizens Advice service's aims and principles and the work of Citizens Advice North Norfolk in our annual report.

"The Citizens Advice Service helps people resolve their legal,
