  • Access details: Wheelchair accessible, induction loop (North Walsham only), parking for blue badge holders only at the bureau.
  • Local Transport details: The North Walsham bureau is a short walk from the Market Place where most buses set down/pick up and about 5-10 minutes walk from the train station. Parking is available in the town, the closest is the pay and display car park at the Community Centre/Library on New Road. The Fakenham bureau is a short walk from where most buses set down/pick up in Oak Street. Parking is available in the town.

The bureau provides generalist advice both face-to-face and by telephone at the following times at the North Walsham office:

  5.30-7.30pm (telephone & face-to-face by appointment only)
Tuesday 10am to 3pm (telephone & face-to-face by appointment or drop-in)

Saturday 9.30-12.30pm (telephone & face-to-face by appointment only)

Specialist advice and case work for debt, employment issues and welfare benefits are available by appointment only at the bureau in North Walsham.
